Badge not rewarded

Hello, I completed a running activity today and I noticed other connections received a Labour Day badge but I didn’t. I tracked it from my watch so it used GPS to track. I tried editing the name of the activity but nothing changed. Can you help?

Some badges (including the badge "Take the Work Out of Work", if it is what you meant) are regional, and are not availabe to users from other regions. Where are your connections with the badge from?

My two friends has got the Mount Fuji and Take the Work Out of Work. Both are British, thus should not have earned these badges?

I have done activities and earned neither of those badges.

Could you share the link to your problematic activities from Garmin Connect Web? We might be able to see what is going on.

Looks like they've set their location in their Garmin profile to Japan. Mount Fuji and Take the Work Out of Work are not available in Britain.

They still can have their Garmin Profile set to Japan, if they want
