Heart rate,stress level not measuring

Sometimes my Vivoactive 4s measures heart rate, stress level etc and others days it doesn't.I have cleaned the back sensor but still nothing.It measures steps,stairs etc but not anything else.

Try finding a better fit, changing the wrist, try wearing it on the inner side of the wrist, try wearing it on the ankle to test weather it behaves better. If nothing helps, contact the support.
