Garmin Pay Server Connection Issue

When I try to add a card on Garmin pay, It immediately takes me to an error screen

Title: Error

Body: We're having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later. 

I have waited longer than "later" should be.

My device is a Garmin vivoactive 3 music and I have tried multiple things to get this to work but no results.

I have tried rebooting my device as well as my phone, and removing my device from garmin connect and re-adding it, but NOTHING IS WORKING

Please help me fix this problem.
