CAN I follow saved cycle routes in Google?

I've been cycling with a friend and tracked the route with my fenix 5X. I would now like to follow the route on Google.

Can I do this? I can't see a way of exporting the file or opening in a different format..?

Open the activity in Garmin Connect Web and export it in the GPX or Google Earth format there (see the menu under the cogwheel symbol in the top right corner of the respective activity page)
