When will the Fenix6 plus be available to sync with samsung phone

Fenix 6 plus wont sync with samsung S9 and updated, done usual reset, turn on turn off including blue tooth, which seems to be an issue, installed uninstall the connect app and nothing, I've sent email after email explaining same issues with no solution, there is alot the watch cant use as connectivity via app is impossible.

Hey there thank you tried everything and still dont work, connecting phone to laptop under USB mode, and the laptop dont pick it up either, I use a Mac.

Do you mean connecting your device to laptop? To sync using Garmin Express, you'd have to connect your Fenix to your laptop

If you've stepped through everything in the troubleshooting guide, next step would be to contact Garmin Support. I'm sure it's under warranty and would even replace your watch if that's what it takes.
