Deleted activity

I accidentally deleted a run off connect, it's still on my watch, when I sync it's still not sending, I have forerunner 735xt

Connect the watch to a computer and import the activity file manually.

How do I do that, I've got connect open on laptop

Look up the watch in File Explorer. It is nmounted there as an external USB drive if connected with the USB cable. The FIT file is in the folder //GARMIN/Activity. You can the import it by dropping it to the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data
