Vivoactive 4s WiFi test successful but cannot find WiFi when downloading music on watch.

Watch is new has connected to GPS and has activity uploaded to app. I have Amazon music and Spotify, cannot download music. It searches for WiFi and cannot find it when attempting music download but WiFi test is successful.

I have this same problem on my Vivoactive 3 Music. This is my second watch, first one had a crack in the OHR sensor so Garmin replaced with a refurbished unit, but it had the same problem with Amazon music. I have the latest Garmin Connect app and the latest watch software. WiFi test is successful. Amazon music app installs fine and I can see my playlists, but then when trying to download a playlist it searches for WiFi and wont work. Hoping someone chimes in with a fix.

Well, you would have more chance to get an answer if you posted your query on the Vivoactive 3 forum (resp. on the Vivoactive 4 forum for the other user), since the majority of visitors here, on the Garmin Connect Mobile Android forum have no experience with your device, but if nobody chimes in here, you can try it there, or even better, contacting directly the support.
