Current Goal Streak Stuck

My current goal streak got stuck and is not updating since I matched my previous longest streak, now 11 days ago: how do I get it to resume counting?

Both the Android app and the website show me the date of the last count. However, I have hit my target for another 11 days, but the current streak is not being updated anymore.

Anybody had the same problem?

Yes, this one is well and clearly documented. I recommend sending it in this way to Garmin support.

I have the same problem! I have the venu and I was wondering if maybe since it’s newer that’s why it didn’t update. I have the same exact problem as you.

The current streak counts only as long as the streak is uninterrupted. Once you miss the goal, or forget to sync a day, the streak starts anew.

My first streak was 16 days a few years ago and I then switched to a Fitbit. I just got the Venu a few months ago and I had a 36 day streak that I busted yesterday and it hasn’t updated my last streak of 16 days.

I think I did what you asked, but here’s the last 4 weeks to include this week and yesterday when I broke my streak.

Hm, yes, it looks strange indeed. Could you try clicking on the watch symbol near your avatar at the top of the screen and verify that the new device is active, while the old one is "retired"?

That’s actually one of the first things I thought about so I deleted all my old devices and only the venu is listed

When did you delete the old devices? If it was within the recent streak, then perhaps it had some influence on the counter. Or did you remove them only now?
