I have completed marathon in 2017. Evidence on my account. Why I dont have award / badge?

You account is private and inaccessibe by others. Make the activity visible to Everyone, and post the link to the activity here.

The current badge system was introduced in April 2018, so activities preceding this date do not count. However, there is a simple workaround. Edit the title of the activity (you can change it back later) and the activity will be reevaluated, and hopefuly you will get your badge.
