Connect app closes down when I attempt to open an activity such as running or cycling.

I have a Garmin than Venu. When I open the connect app, and attempt to open an activity, such as running or cycling, the app closes down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have tried this with my watch connected and with it disconnected. Nothing seems to work.

Yep me too on a OnePlus 6T running OxygenOS 9.0.11. Tried clearing the cache and hasn't helped. Very sudden as wasn't happening two days ago.

Yes, I have cleared the cache, and even tried a force stop of the app.

Seems like an issue server side if it's affecting all of us. Have emailed Support. Will update when I hear back

Same problem! It only occurs with Android phones (Galaxy A3, HUAWEI Media Pad M5) . IPhone is working fine
