Hi as the screenshot I posted realtime heartbeat shown but no graphs . Watch is about 3 months old been working perfectly then a couple of days ago no daily graphs produced that would cover activities and resting time.  All activity data ok in connect and Strava etc.

  • The screenshot was from the phone app. You still did not post anything from the web interface as asked several times. Just click this link  https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/2020-04-22/heartRate , make a screenshot (Shift+Win+S on Windows) , and post it here.

The age of your watch is irrelevant. If you want that someone helps you, you need to follow the instructions given. If you do not want to do it for some reason, call or write the Garmin Support instead of writing here to the user forum.

Hi here is web  screenshot. And two more from mobile GC.

  • Do you use any HRM belt or another Garmin device in addition to the FR245? Do you (or did you) use the watch with another phone too? Is the FR245 set as the "Preffered Activity Tracker" in Device Settings » Activity Tracking?

No other Garmin device only used with this phone and is set as preffered activity tracker

  • Well, not much things to check remaining. If you did not restart the watch yet, you should try it, and wait if it gets better then. You could also perform the master reset (factory reset) of the watch, if you do not mind losing the settings and data.

You should also try syncing over the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express.

The FIT file for the HR data might be corrupted. Have a look over the USB cable to the folder //GARMIN/Monitor/ and post what file name, date, and size you see there. You could also try posting the file to one of the FIT repair threads here on the forum, so that the experts can have a look at it.

If nothiing of that helps, then contact the support of Garmin.

Hi the file name is M4N91400.FIT.        23 APRIL 2020.        3KB.    Thankyou for your help will contact Garmin Support

  • The name, sized and date of the file are all right, but it still could be corrupted. One last thing - in case you have an older watch model, and the folder //GARMIN/Activity contains dozens of files, delete old ones to make some room on the storage.
