Possible reasons could be that the device is linked to two accounts, or there is no storage remaining on the watch, or the FIT file storing the HR data is broken. To exclude the first case, follow the steps in the support document Data is Missing from My Garmin Account After Syncing. For coping with the second case, remove old activities from the folder //GARMIN/Activity on the watch. If it does not help, connect the local Garmin Support.
Thankyou for the reply unfortunately suggestions did not work. Everything else is working perfectly just no heartbeat data. Data sent to Strava etc is perfect including heartbeat graph. Watch is Forerunner 245.
Can you post a link to an activity demonstrating the issue? Just to check out whether the data is really missing, or whether it is rather a problem of displaying the data on your end.
Hi all the activities I do are recorded perfectly all data. It is the summary of heart data on the screen as you open Garmin connect. It is not logging my heartbeat when not doing activities ie resting. It shows heartbeat but no min or max or historical graph. I will include screen shot
Not sure what you mean by the current heartbeat - are you telling the graph with HR is showing up all right? I am not aware of any other place with the current HR than the graph. Can you post a screenshot of the page https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/2020-04-22/heartRate ?
