I purchased the Vivosmart HR and it came with a heart rate strap (ANT+). I used it for a while with this strap before suddenly now I dont even see a screen on the Vivosmart to pair an external heart rate strap. Why is this? How to pair ANT+ external heart rate monitor. The Garmin instructions here are useless as it asks to go to the sensor screen which does not exist anymore.
