Hi. I am a 56 year old female. When i had a fitbit, i was in the excellent range for cardio health. But with the Vivomove, my vo2max is absolutely horrible; i get a 31.
This is so disappointing, especially considering that i also stopped smoking over 2 months ago.
Regardless, even when i smoked, i was known for my stamina; i could go on forever on our group hikes in the wilderness where others needed regular breaks. I workout regularly, both strength and cardio. According to my insights on the watch, i do also far more steps and stairs than the average person. So why????
I measure my vo2max when i walk my dog. Running is the only thing i do not do bc of my joints.
Why is my v02 so low??
