Why does my forerunner 45 does not set miles to kilometers while running, even while I have my settings to metric?

My forerunner 45 shows my pace and distance in miles , while my settings are on metric.

Reboot (turn off and on) the watch. If it does not help, change the setting to miles, then back to km, and reboot the watch again.
