Even though notifications are switched off in the App, my watch buzzes.

My watch vibrates and rings for every Whatsapp, that I receive. I have checked within my Connect App (iPhone) under more-settings- and then all previous advice tells you to go on bluethooth and smart settings, but in MY app, there is no such thing. You can, within settings, click on notifications, tho. If i do, it shows, that push notifications are switched off. Also, when i check under settings in my iPhone, it shows, that garmin connect notificiations are switched off.

Now I don't know where to switch anything more off....since it appears, that all IS already switched off, while my watch vibrates with every Whatsapp message that i get. Drives me crazy!

This is a forum for Android, so you better ask on the forum for iOS, since the Android app may be different. However, in GC Mobile Android the notification settings for WhatsUp are in Menu » Setting » Notifications » App Notifications » WhatsUp. Turning off the notification for Garmin Connect in your OS settings just tells the phone not to show any notifications from GC on the phone - it has no relation to the notifications on the watch.
