How to set heart rate on Garmin vivofit3

I have a vivofit 3and want to know how i set heart rate on it

Heart rate is measured by the HRM sensor, you do not set it. If you meant changing the HR zone thresholds, then you can do it in User Settings of the watch. Have a look at the page 3 of your user manual
