Are there any changelogs for software updates?

I've been searching for changelogs on my vivomove style software updates, but couldn't find any.

Are they available by any chance?

If you speak about Vivomove firmware changelogs, then they are available on the respective download page for your model:

If you meant a changelog of the Garmin Connect Mobile app, then there are no changelogs available
