Forerunner 45 set to metric but on main face during run distance is displayed in miles. Have not changed anything and it used to be in kms. Still get Km split times flash up during run. Help.

Adjust the units in the settings, and then stop and restart the watch.

Did you try what I suggested? If it does not help, set the units to miles, exit, the set it back to km again, exit and reboot the watch. Should be OK then.

... and if you have problems with the auto-lap feature, verify and if necessary reset the auto-lap distance too
