How do I get garmin connect to automatically upload to my own site, like how you do with strava.

Is there a way that i can write an application to have garmin connect let me automatically upload to a website? So like strava but my own site?

Yes, Garmin offers several API's for developers, but if you are a coder with some basic HTML and javaScript skills, you can also plug directly into their Garmin Connect website, and pull the data from there.
