Why won’t my Garmin app redownload after being offloaded?

I don’t know if I don’t have enough storage on my phone, but my app wont redownload and the app wont even show up in the app store. I currently have an IPhone 6s+ and wonder if my phone is not up to date. I am just looking for help.
