Updatd went wrong for fēnix 3

Something went wrong with my fēnix 3 after last sinc with my phone. Watch restart after sinc my phone and change year from 2020 to 2005. And I cant change it manualy nor sync by GPS or garmin connect account. Please help me!

The watch gets the time from GPS satellites, so you just need to go out and start an outdoor activity for a few seconds, or going to the time settings and acquring the satellites there, or pushing-long the GPS button.

Thx it worked. I reset my watch and synce with GPS
