My elevation isn't recording on any rides or runs

For the last couple of week's my elevation gain has not recorded when I cycle or run. It has worked fine previously

Could you have the pressure sensor orifice cluged with dirt? Did you try calibrating the altimeter?

Since you did not tell what device you use, I cannot google it up for you, but you will certainly find it in your user manual

Sorry, its a fenix 5s. I'll Google how to calibrate and see if I can work it out from there. Thanks for your help

Hi there, I have been experiencing the very same problem in the past 3 weeks with my Fenix5S, the elevation is not recording or at least updating. It had been working perfectly before.

I can calibrate it fine, however it will not update automatically during an activity, just plots a flat line from the last time I calibrated.

Have you had any success fixing this issue?
