After I workout, my active calories are off by what I've actually burned. By the end of the day it's almost 150off. Also it's saying the amount of calories I consumed is more than what I have logged into mfp.

All devices give you just estimates. Garmin watches usually estimate the Calories consumption based on your HR, comparing it to your average resting rate. So if the estimate is off you expectations, there are several possibilities - either your expectations are wrong, or you do not wear the watch 24/7, hence the resting HR is not correctly reorded, or your HR during the activity was not correctly recorded, or your personal parameters in User Profile do not match the reality (gender, age, height, weight, activity class). However if the daily difference is just 150 Calories, I'd tell it is pretty good. I just wonder where you take the information how many Calories you really burned?
As for Calories consumed - they transfer from MFP exactly, unless you messed up and edited the entry on the side of MFP. In such case it may take little bit longer to get re-synced. You can go to the page Calories In/Out of Garmin Connect Web, and click the link "Sync Now" - it will sync the consumed calories instantly.
