Resting calories no longer registering

Hi. I am running version 4.28 of Connect linked to a Garmin s60. As of 20th March the app is only showing active calories and is showing zero resting calories. Any one else have this problem?

Check out your personal data - gender, age, height, weight, and the activity class. Possibly you have set your weight to 0 by mistake.

Thanks, checked and my personal data is still there. Weight is not 0.

OK, indeed. Can you check whether all the personal data are correct also in the user profile directly on the watch?

If you do not mind losing settings and data, you could try doing a master reset of the watch, and see whether it changes tomorrow.

Factory reset of the watch has worked.

The previous user wrote, factory rest helped in his case. If you do not mind having to re-do all settings, you can try it too.
