Vivosmart4 inconsistent running pace data

My vivosmart 4 is now for the third time showing inconsistent running pace data...e.g. it will show up as 1km in 1:54min/km or avg. Speed 12 km/h and best pace 9km/h ...how can I fix this?

Some activity types (i.e. walk, run) use pace in minutes per km or a mile, others in min:sec per 100m (swimming), and yet others (like the cycling) use the speed in km/h (or mph). If you do not like the default format, customize the respective activity screen fields to you liking. I have no experience with Vivosmart, so do not know whether it is as much customizable as the smartwatch models, but there will probably be at least some basic possibilities.
