Unable to sync workouts

I have problems with syncing my workouts to my vivoactive 4s device. I click "send to device" on my Android smartphone in the Garmin Connect app and then it says that the workout will be sent to my device after syncing. Then I manually sync my watch with my phone, but the workout does not show up on my watch.


I experience this problem since the start (my watch is only one month old). Sometimes it works, most of the times it does not..

I used other peoples smartphones and also the Garmin web app. Both not working. 

Anyone else experiencing this? 

  • Yes, I believe there are more complaints about it here on the forum. You can try scheduling the workout for a certain date, and send to the device again it may then transfer easier. Or use Garmin Connect Web + Garmin Express and the USB cable.
