Lose it App Authentication Error

I just got the viviosmart 4 and am trying to connect it to the lose it app. It seems like it automatically connected but have been unable to get the authentication to work. It says to contact garmen. Nowhere on the garmen app can I find anything related to the lose it app.

    I have the Venu, and experience the exact same. Doesn't show up anywhere on the app or online settings. 

  • 3rd party applications following the API rules are listed at the bottom of the Account Information page in User Settings of Garmin Connect Web, and you can approve or disconnect them there.

    Thanks for the reply. I did check it a few times, but suddenly it did work and also showed up  on the 3rd application list at the bottom of the page. I expect there might be a batch job running between Lose it and Garmin connect, so maybe worth waiting an trying again for others experience similar issues.
