Forerunner 235 Trouble Adding new Device to Pixel 3a

Hey Everyone,

I have recently upgraded my phone to a Google Pixel 3a and could not connect my Forerunner 235 on the Garmin Connect Mobile. There are no forerunner devices on the "Compatible Devices" list. Are forerunners not compatible with Google Pixel 3a?

    The model of the phone does not matter. If you do not see it on the list of available devices, then you perhaps did not set correctly the location in your Garmin Account, or the watch is not available in your region (for example on the Asian market there are different models than in Europe or in Americas). Edit the location, do not forget to click the Save button at the bottom, after the change (it hapened to me already couple of times), and then relaunch the GC app - you really need to close it and start again, otherwise the list of compatible devices does not reload with the new settings. You close it either in the task manager, by sliding the app up, or in Android settings » Apps » Connect » Force to stop

    Awesome! Thanks for the help. Apparently on the advance option before the login page of Garmin Connect Mobile there is a location option too. This solved everything for me!
