Strava to Connect

Anyone know how to get a run from Strava to upload to connect.My watch was dead the other day so I recorded it on Stava with phone.But can't get Connect to recognize it.Thanms for any help.

Export it from Strava, preferably in the FIT file format, or in the TCX format, and then import in GC Web manually (at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data)
