Training Load Focus shows on Edge 530 but not on Connect Mobile or website

Training Load Focus displays fine on Edge 530 but doesn't appear on Connect Mobile app or website. Why might this be?

I have exactly the same problem with my Edge 530! Do you still have this issue or did you find a solution?

Same issue here! I have an Edge 830 that displays Load Focus just fine, and an Edge 530 that doesn't.

@Garmin, any help here?

Edge 530 shows load focus just fine but app and website do not...

I raised a ticket about this a couple of months ago and am still waiting for the findings.

I ended up in the same situation. I contacted the (italian) support center multiple times, but they don't want to understand what the problem is. I keep getting general and useless replies.

So, here I am. Does anybody know how to solve this?

@Garmin: why do you treat us like this? maybe it's because you're products are too cheap? (kidding, of course)

I've had a ticket raised about this since April and haven't heard anything since.

Still missing Load Focus information on my screens. Very frustrating!
