App didn't register activity so didn't get my leapfrog badge

Hello i did a walk yesterday but some how my garmin 645 didn't show any activity so i didn't get the leapfrog badge....can someone help me with it.

Did you start/stop/save the activity correctly? Can you see the activity in the device history? If so, try syncing using Garmin Express.

Hello, no i don't see it, i couldn't store it. The watch frooze completely and after restart it al was gone.

So an unfortunate coincidence. You might still be able to see something once connected to your computer. Look in the folder D:\GARMIN\ACTIVITY. In there you should see all the activities as .fit files that are stored on your watch.
