Download HR data

Hi, I'd like to be able to download my HR data recorded from my daily usage and from training. My watch is the forerunner 935 and I see HR all day in the app and would be interesting to get the raw values to do my own processing.

You can download the daily HR data in JSON format with the help of the following URL (set the date accordingly):

https://connect.garmin.com/proxy/wellness-service/wellness/dailyHeartRate/?date=2020-03…

Sorry for the late reply, it seems this approach has somehow been blocked as I now get a 402 error when I try it

If you're getting a 402 error, try removing /modern from the URL

Hi trux, are there also a similar commands to get json files for daily: pulseox, stress and bodybattery records? I've tried to find these, but (as a non-developper) have not been able to find them (if they exist?)

What I did manage to find was the following:

get summary

...usersummary-service/usersummary/daily/

get activities

...activitylist-service/activities/fordailysummary/

get sleep

...wellness-service/wellness/dailySleepData/

get steps

...wellness-service/wellness/dailySummaryChart/

get movements

...wellness-service/wellness/dailyMovement/

PulseOx - I have no pulseox capable device, hence no data

is this still working? I have found similar URL in other posts of yours (that include userID) but couldn't make it work.

For example: connect.garmin.com/modern/proxy/wellness-service/wellness/dailySleepData/XXXXXXXXXX?date=2021-07-16&nonSleepBufferMinutes=60

where X is the userID

In one post there also was an underscore before 'date'
