deleted an activity from Garmin app on android app but same is there in garmin forerunner 235 watch and want to restore it. please help

Normally, if you delete an activity in Garmin Connect (regardless whether the web or the phone app), and sync the watch, it is removed from there too. If it did not happen for some reason and the watch uploads it to the GC account again (perhaps the previous sync of the activity was incomplete), you could delete the activity from the watch on your computer over the USB cable. You should be abe to find it by date in the folder //GARMIN/Activities/

... if I misunderstood, and it is not the watch that wants to restore the deleted activity, but rather you who wants to do it, then you can try doing it in similar way - check out the folder //GARMIN/Activities/ over the USB cable, download the activity and then import the FIT file manually in Garmin Connect.
