Music Control Vivosport and Samsung Galaxy S8

Can not control music with the vivosport.

using Spotify or Runtastic app. Also not with a musicplayer. the watch only vibrates by trying to press play on the watch.

Any advices? Could not find anything in worldwideweb.

Same problem here with Galaxy S9. Any help?
