  • Because Consumed Calories = time * RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) + Active Calories

Perché Calorie consumate = tempo * RMR (tasso metabolico a riposo) + Calorie attive

Mi scuso ma non capisco: se calorie attive =1.000, perché RMR+calorie attive =500 (esempio)? Grazie

Non capisco perche 718 Vs 506. Perché non 728 attive?

  • Sorry, just in English:

In the (uncomplete) day you burned 1734 total Calories, from that 1228 was RMR, and hence the resting 506 are active Calories.

And during the activity Bregaglia Walk, you burned 718 Total Calories within 4.5 hours, from which one part was RMR, and the rest were active Calories. I cannot tell you how many exactly because I do not know your daily RMR. Let's asume your daily RMR is 1800 Calories - in that case the RMR part of the Total Calories of the Bregaglia Walk was 4.5/24 * 1800 = 338 Calories. It means that the Active part for the Bregaglia Walk was 718 - 338 = 380 Calories.

And to complete the calculation for the day, it means that from the 506 Active Calories, 380 Calories was burned during the walk, and the rest 506-380 = 126 Active Calories was burned during the day with casual work, steps, or any other physical or mental effort.
