Update change my Forerunners 45 settings

After an update, my run data became in miles even if my settings are still in km. How can I fix it?

Your setting are in km where, on your watch, or in Garmin Connect settings? It must be set correctly on both sides.

I assume you are referring to auto-laps. Auto-laps can be set individually at each activity type, in the settings of the activity. There are plenty of people using metric system, but having laps in miles, and vice versa. If you wish 1km auto-laps, you have to edit the length in the settings of the oncerned activity, on the watch.
