Life track is not working properly.

It stops after 1 or 3 km running in areas, where internet signal is OK (4G). But the message says Signal lost. Happened after February update of Garmin mobile connect.

  • Works fine with me, even after the update. Perhaps there was indeed a dropout of data, or network issues on your phone or at the provider, despite the 4G signal indication, or perhaps it was not the 4G signal that was lost, but rather the BT signal to your watch - did the GC app continue to show your current HR and steps, when it happened? Did you try accessing internet in a browser, when it happened to exclude network connectivity problems despite the good 4G signal?
