I have had numerous problems with my Garmin vivosmart 4. It has now frozen and I can not turn it on or off ( soft or otherwise). I have wasted so much time trying to persuade it to work over the past month and it has only worked for a day.
Well, if it worked only a day over the past month, and neither soft-reset, nor the master-reset helped, personally I would have exchanged it since at least 3 weeks, if not 29-30 days. Why waiting that long with the exchange?
