Distance in the watch is different from mobile (garmin connect)

I've made a running and the distance in the watch is 6.9 km but in the mobile (garmin connect) says 11 km.

That sounds like if the watch has shown 6.9 miles and GC then the equivalent in km. Make sure that you use the same units both on the watch, and in your Garmin Connect User Settings.
