My vivomove hr wont stay connected to my phone and isn't syncing even when right next to the phone.

It's a new garmin device but since changing to the vivomove hr it doesn't stay connected to my phone app. It's working fine but takes hours to sync and took a very long time to pair. I had to delete the app from my phone, put the watch back on charge and then make 9 attempts to get it to pair and now it wont stay connected, it will randomly connect but then goes off again even with blue tooth enabled permanently.

    Oh wow my phone has done the same this morning.

    I have not tried deleting app etc though I have been trying to get it to connect to my phone. I've turn phone & watch bluetooth off & on deleted it from my bluetooth  on phone then I did pair it successfully though it will still not connect to phone says to connect to bluetooth
