Mine did that just now, i found your Q & related answers, 1 of which said to hold down 3 buttons, but seeing as my Vivo Active 3 Music only has 1 button, i held it down for around 15 seconds before it turned off, it then did a time auto correct & seems fine now. Hope this helps anyone else too.
