Fenix 6x Pro Spotify Sync No internet connection

Hello,

I just bought a Fenix 6x coming from a 5x because of the ability to sync my Spotify music. Unfortunately, this feature is not working! WLAN setup is working, my Spotify playlist are shown but whenever I want to download a playlist I receive a "No Internet connection".

Software on Fenix is on latest 6.10 version

Do you encounter the same issue?

I have also faced this same problem. When I first set up the device it worked without a problem. But once it updated Spotify it required me to re-sync music and I haven’t been able to fix it since. There is also a problem with Connect IQ failing to download content. Help!

For me the problem is kinda solved: The actual sync of the playlists works with my Android mobile as access point as well as with the (older) Fritzbox at my parents' home.
