If the device (Edge 530) has been linked to another account, can it be linked to a new account...

If the device (Edge 530) has been linked to another account, can it be linked to a new account to be used or should it be deleted from the other account?

I have been given an Edge 530, but not synchronized the activities (cycling) that I do in it, they are not uploaded by BT or by Wifi, but if the settings (such as training and courses) that made by Wifi are uploaded to the device Garmin Connect

Based on my experience with other Garmin devices, I would say yes you can. The only issue would be that when you sync, make sure the old account doesn't somehow become active. Make sure the old account is disconnected everywhere: Web, app, Express, etc.

... also do not forget to remove the Bluetooth pairing on the former phone (if another phone was used for the older GC account)!
