In the Garmin Connect app, my best 5k, 10k, etc, are not updating. Why?

    Hard to tell, without seeing the data. There may be numerous reasons. For example you did not record any activity with better results, or you did not save those activities, or the syncing of the ativities from the device to the account failed, or the new activities were just treadmill runs, and not outdoor GPS trails. And there may be more of such possibilities. Without you providing the details, we cannot help you much. You could, for example, post a screenshot of your personal records, and a link to the activity where you did a better performance.

    Sorry. Everything seems good. Below is the picture of my best 5k, but it says my best 5k is slower.

  • Did you confirm your new personal records, when you did them? Not sure whether or where you can do it in GC Mobile, since I always do it in GC Web, but just have a look there, whether the new records are still waiting for approval or not:

    If not, open the concerned activity, make a minor edit and save it - it should then reappear in the pending records list again.

    Thanks. That did it. Do I have to go to that website every time I break a record?

  • I think it may be somewhere in GC Mobile possible to approve new records too, but frankly told I use GC Web much more since it offers more details, hence I am more familiar with it.
