Body battery screen

Hello. Can someone explain to me what this all numbers mean? Especially 10 points since noon ( 20:30 now). It wasn't 56 at noon. Also 100 - 46 is not 63 so what drained means?

Your body battery level at the beginning of the day (better told at midnight) was 71 points (out of 100), during the day it recharged 38 points, and drained 63. The result is correctly 46.

It tells "Your Body Battery is down 10 points overall since noon". What exactly you do not understand in that sentence?
