I have forerunner 35 from US. Can't see text in Hebrew.
For example Garmin Instinct could interest you - it is only a slightly more expensive model (you can get it for under $200), but it is light years away from the FR35, and it does support Hebrew. Of course, you could get also newer, even more sophisticated models, but the Instinct offers the best value for a very reasonable price.
Isn't it just a matter of settings in the app?
If Hebrew is not in the language options, then not. The full Unicode table includes several dozens of alphabets, but in the older models there is room for just couple of them, hence the limitation. Newer models with bigger memory have a more compete Unicode table.
Sorry but it doesn’t make any since
i have the old VIVOSMART HR and it’s now 5 years old withme. but it shows all Unicode languages arabic, hebrew, chinese ... etc.
forerunner 35 is yet much newer and doesn’t support these languages?!! I find it wired

Yes, of course, it is something with the software - the Hebrew fonts are simply not present in the software version you have on the watch. However, as far as I see on Garmin's website, there is also a Hebrew version of the software for FR35 available:
