When i was use iPhone i downt have any problems with nofition for Email and calls and SMS When i contacted with iPhone without open connect programs.
Know i change my mobbile to hauwi Android When i conected with the watch it should open conect app to receve notifion for mobblie
Moddel of the watch is vivoactive HR2
Please solve problems
