No data on "my day"

Why isn't there any data on "my day" after I sync? I have uninstalled the app and then reinstalled with no change. I checked Bluetooth and that is connected. Is there something I can do to get my data to show up again? It just keeps saying there is no data when there is definitely data available

  • Do you sync through the app?

    Are the My Day fields there but showing 0s?

    What does web Connect show?

    If you don't sync through the app, is it possible the app is logged into the wrong account?

    Is BT connected both in the phone nd also through the app? Does the app show your watch?

    Is it possible, tracking is turned off in the settings of your watch?
