Strange training goals

I use garmin coach. The workout today showed 11.32-12.32/ mi while the app showed a training 7.09- 7.32 min/km.  During the training my watch showed strange numbers. What to do.

    That's the same pace, so it looks all right.

    You may need to be more specific. What exactly do you want to do about what? What does it exactly mean "strange numbers"? Where? When? How?
